A leading international manufacturer of aluminium-based solutions is seeking a Head of Business Development, North America to lead strategic growth efforts across the region. This senior-level role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across key industries such as automotive, construction, and rail. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new market opportunities in North America, building and managing relationships with key clients and partners, leading commercial negotiations and strategic business planning, collaborating with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored aluminium solutions, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in aluminium extrusion or high-pressure die casting, with exposure to OEM and Tier 1 clients, a strong technical or engineering background combined with commercial acumen, proven success in market development and business expansion within North America, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
