A trauma-informed somatic group for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse seeking a safer, more connected relationship with themselves and their bodies. Includes grounding, nervous system regulation, skill-building, and guided processing in a supported, clinically grounded space. Virtual only, Wednesdays at 7 PM, 8 weeks, subject to lengthening based on need. Open to all genders. Starting August 26, 2026. Out-of-network price is $85.
