Join Reed Smith's supportive, challenging and exciting training programme for ambitious and entrepreneurial graduates. The programme includes preparation for SQE1 and SQE2, master's-level modules, paid professional placements in two different business services teams, study leave, trainee induction, peer support, mentoring, ongoing training and qualifying work experience. Candidates should be on track for or have achieved a 2:1 or above at degree level or equivalent and demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, research and analysis, time management, organisation, strong written and oral communication, and self-reflection. Direct training contract applicants must have passed SQE1 and be available to sit SQE2 in the firm's next available cohort. The role is based in the London office. Salary is £55,000 per annum in the first year and £60,000 per annum in the second year, with flexible benefits including 25 days of annual holiday, health insurance, discounted gym memberships, a cycle to work scheme and retail discounts. Reed Smith also pays full PGDL and SQE course fees and provides a £15,000 maintenance grant.
