Lead Stream's Core Finance function, reporting to the CFO and managing the Group Reporting Manager and Financial Controller. Responsibilities include owning group month-end close and consolidation across UK and US entities, statutory audit, financial reporting, technical accounting compliance, FCA regulatory returns, IPO readiness, M&A finance integration, tax and regulatory compliance, finance systems and process improvement, and business partnering. The role requires ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with significant post-qualification experience, a strong track record in statutory audit and group consolidation for an international group, experience with UK GAAP and IFRS, and experience preparing a business for an IPO or working in a listed environment. M&A integration, people leadership, NetSuite and fast-growth business experience are also relevant. The role is based in Stream's London office, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Salary is £150,000 to £175,000 plus equity and benefits.
