Serves as the primary project leader and supervisor of Associates and Analysts on project teams, leads the marketing and execution of mandates, and has direct responsibility and constant interaction with senior bankers and clients. The role requires understanding industry fundamentals, anticipating client needs, developing new business opportunities, interacting effectively with clients, investors, acquirers and GrowthPoint management, strong relationship-building skills, maturity, good judgment, trust and credibility, and the ability to communicate strategies and financial concepts clearly in presentations.
