Responsible for leveraging past investment banking experience and relationships to grow the M&A origination and execution pipeline. Managing Directors lead deal teams, manage mandate processes, and can run their own practice. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, technical and client management skills, a strong network focused on current strategic and financial groups, and a strong educational and professional background. FINRA Series 79 is required, Series 24 is preferred, and a bachelor's degree is required. An MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced degree or credential is desirable. Candidates should be flexible, energetic, committed, self-starting, and able to initiate client relationships and expand the firm's technology market franchise.
