Paragon Law is seeking an experienced immigration solicitor or Senior Caseworker with a strong background advising individuals and families on entry clearance and leave to remain applications, citizenship, legacy EU/EUSS applications, PBS applications, and tribunal and higher court work. The role involves taking detailed client instructions, advising on prospects and available options, devising case strategies, managing client onboarding and fees, maintaining accurate records, progressing files within legal and procedural deadlines, managing file finances, maintaining diaries, opening and reviewing client files, supervising junior team members, and contributing to business development. Required skills include a strong interest in business development, the ability to liaise with all levels of staff, and the ability to manage a large number of files efficiently and accurately. Accreditation to level two of the Immigration & Asylum Accreditation scheme, or willingness to become accredited or reaccredited, and experience working under a Legal Aid Agency contract are desirable.
