CARICOM IMPACS is seeking a suitably qualified individual for its Headquarters in Trinidad and Tobago. The role supports the Agency's research and policy portfolio through strategic research, data analysis, trend assessment, policy analysis, project implementation, monitoring, reporting and stakeholder engagement. Duties include conducting qualitative and quantitative research on crime, security and public policy issues; analysing security trends and policy developments; preparing policy advice, reports, dashboards, briefs and presentations; managing research data and knowledge systems; monitoring project milestones and risks; organising meetings, workshops and training sessions; and liaising with Member States, academia, research institutions, the private sector, civil society and partner organisations. Applicants must be CARICOM nationals and hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, project management certification or equivalent training or experience, and at least five years of relevant professional experience. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organisational and confidentiality skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage a high volume of work, and travel within the region. Knowledge of arms control issues is an asset. Applications must be received by 13 August 2026.
