Join Fladgate's friendly and supportive People team in this highly visible role. You will support Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Responsibility initiatives by coordinating workshops, training sessions, wellbeing activities and firm-wide events, managing calendars, bookings and communications, maintaining accurate records, supporting data and programme reporting, developing internal communications and awareness campaign materials, assisting with budget tracking and invoices, and handling sensitive information confidentially. The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, effective time management, the ability to build working relationships and discretion. An interest in or experience supporting Learning & Development, Inclusion & Diversity, Culture, Wellbeing or Corporate Responsibility initiatives is desirable, as is experience creating digital communications and using AI tools responsibly.
