Vue de Monde is seeking expressions of interest for a talented Section Waiter to join its front of house team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fine dining or a similar high-end hospitality environment, expertise as a section waiter, excellent communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, and a desire to perform at the highest level. This full-time position includes a combination of day and night shifts according to business demands and requires full working rights. Sponsorship is not offered.
