This Account Handler role sits within the North American Direct and Facultative team, coordinating risk placements from cradle to grave and supporting the Directors in serving existing and new business relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating risk placements, producing placement and policy documentation, managing client, underwriter and market representative queries, maintaining workflow and budgetary records, producing renewal reports, monitoring credit control reports, ensuring compliance, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and supporting collaboration across teams. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, persuasive and influencing skills, excellent interpersonal, written communication, IT and organisational skills, effective time management, problem solving, a proactive approach, and the ability to contribute effectively to a team.
