Lead the end-to-end journey of bringing a new investment product to market, from discovery and validation through to launch and iteration. Own the product vision, success metrics, MVP scope and roadmap, build a scalable and automated operating model with relevant third parties, navigate the FCA regulatory framework, and lead delivery across Engineering, Design, Compliance and Customer Success. The role reports to the VP of Wealth and involves owning the go-to-market plan. Experience delivering user-facing products from discovery through launch, working in FCA-regulated environments, and backgrounds in savings, investments or pensions are sought. Experience building operating models, a quantitative and analytical mindset, strong stakeholder management, independent working in a fast-moving team, and familiarity with Figma, mobile and web apps and AI tools are also listed. The role is based in London with a hybrid policy requiring three days per week in the office. Salary starts from £70,000 to £110,000 base, dependent on experience, plus equity.
