Join ARG's dynamic and collaborative San Francisco office, working across all project phases on multi-family, hospitality, national and state parks, cultural and performing arts, higher education, civic, adaptive reuse, preservation, and other projects. Duties include providing technical leadership and mentorship, managing project teams and project scope, schedule, and budget, leading design and construction document production and coordination, producing drawings in Revit, and coordinating with colleagues, consultants, and clients. Preferred qualifications include at least 10 years of architectural practice experience, experience in all design and construction administration phases, strong design and technical skills, familiarity with sustainable strategies and LEED documentation, project team leadership, document quality review experience, effective communication skills, knowledge of the IBC, CBC, ABA, and ADA, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, SketchUp, and MS Office.
