Join ARG's dynamic and collaborative Los Angeles office supporting project teams through design, documentation, and construction administration. The role includes preparing design concepts, presentations, and project documentation, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and consultants, contributing to design and construction documents, balancing multiple assignments, and communicating with clients and team members. Applicants should have a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited school of architecture, preferably 4+ years of professional experience, an interest in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, or existing buildings, strong design and communication skills, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. ARG offers an office-centric hybrid work environment with remote work flexibility up to two days per week, staff development support including ARE fee reimbursement and a professional development stipend, volunteer time off, and benefits including medical, dental, disability, 401k matching, and PTO. Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. Current, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
