Cabana Bar is looking for Chef de Parties to assist in its busy kitchen. Day and evening shifts are available, with work including high-volume lunches, large-scale functions and external catering. You will work under an experienced Head Chef who values training, development, teamwork and communication. Responsibilities may include service preparation, receiving and recording supplies and deliveries, following cleaning practices, adhering to sanitation and safety regulations, maintaining kitchen equipment, monitoring portion and waste control, maintaining a positive and professional approach, and opening and closing the kitchen. Food Safety Certificate, willingness to learn and strong communication skills are required. Sponsorship is available, the kitchen closes at 9pm, and staff receive 50% off all Tilley and Wills venues.
