Cabana Bar Sydney is looking for customer experience-focused bartenders to work as part of a team providing top tier service to guests. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, running food and drinks to Mr Yum tables, processing POS orders, driving sales of premium products, handling cash and card transactions accurately, maintaining bar standards, and upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements. The role includes training and development in a high-volume cocktail bar, a 50% discount at Tilley and Wills venues, flexible day and night shifts, no super late closes, and progression into senior or leadership positions.
