Quality control checks 100% of dimensions and tolerances, together with the notes on the 2D technical drawing, using high-precision measurement tools. A dimensional inspection report comparing theoretical and actual dimensions is supplied with the part. The report covers up to 100 inspection points, with additional points requiring a special quotation. It does not increase delivery time.
