Quality control uses a coordinate measuring machine to check 100% of dimensions and tolerances, together with the notes on the 2D technical drawing. A dimensional inspection report comparing theoretical and actual dimensions is supplied with the part. The report covers up to 100 inspection points, with additional points requiring a special quotation. It increases delivery time.
