Curado is looking for an experienced Senior Care Support Worker for its residential care home in Sutton, Surrey. The role supports male adults aged 18 to 65 with mental health needs, helping service users develop independence and reach their full potential. Duties include implementing policies and procedures, creating an ordinary living environment, supporting informed choices, facilitating participation in care, creating care plans and risk assessments, conducting audits, liaising with partner agencies, supervising temporary care staff, and facilitating social and recreational activities. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience working with people with mental health needs in the community, the ability to assess needs and support care and daily living programmes, good organisational and communication skills, a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A to C or equivalent, and QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, either current or in progress. Ongoing training is provided. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and requires flexibility for shift work. Company benefits include a company pension.
