Consultation on whether current home care remains adequate, including advice on additional services and assistive devices. This is a mandatory consultation every six months for people with care grades 2 to 5 who receive care allowance and are cared for privately at home. People with care grade 1 may also request consultation. Costs are covered by the long-term care insurance fund.
