A lifestyle service benefit available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to eligible NAB Platinum Card and NAB Signature Card customers. Services include flight information; sourcing, purchasing and delivery of tickets for theatre shows, concerts and sporting events; event information; fine dining and restaurant referrals and reservations; hotel information and reservations; car rental, limousine and car service referrals and reservations; health club information and reservations; golf tee time information and reservations; gift sourcing and arrangements; sourcing, purchasing and delivery of goods; pre-trip information and assistance; emergency message service; passport and visa assistance; emergency interpretation assistance; business service assistance; send it home service; and courier service. The cardholder will be informed of costs and options before any booking or purchase. Research and coordination services are not charged, but the cardholder is responsible for purchased goods and services, deposits, cancellation costs, delivery and shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes, fund transfer costs, and funds advanced to fulfil a request. Foreign currency transactions are converted to Australian Dollars at the applicable Wall Street Journal exchange rate and incur a 1% surcharge. Services are subject to availability, eligibility, applicable laws, shipping restrictions and other exclusions.
