Lead the end-to-end product and operational delivery of EP YLA residential camps in Paris, France. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and enriching student experiences, preparing camp readiness documentation, leading safeguarding and child protection compliance, developing the experience portfolio, supporting marketing and student recruitment, identifying suitable locations and venues, managing supplier compliance, meeting legal and health and safety requirements, delivering within budget, negotiating with providers, and hiring, training and developing geographically and culturally diverse teams. The role also manages the French ACM compliance cycle, including SDJES and TAM declarations, staffing ratios and qualifications, director eligibility, staff file controls, honourability checks, insurance compliance, incident reporting, child protection pathways, internal audits and corrective actions. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualifications, experience running residential and non-residential young learner courses and camps, experience managing youth camps and courses in France, knowledge of educational accreditation frameworks, strong budgeting and communication skills, safeguarding awareness, staff management experience, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, international travel availability, and business-level fluency in French and English. BAFD or recognised director eligibility may be required for appointment as Directeur(trice) de séjour, and BAFA is listed as a qualification. The position is based in Paris, France and reports to the Global Director, YLA.
