Based in Dallas, TX, this permanent role is responsible for providing internal and external clients and prospects with outstanding service, helping BMS create, administer and service efficient reinsurance programmes and additional services. Duties include assisting with client accounts, underwriting preparation, fact finding, client contact, reinsurance placement, preparing submissions and narratives, analysing large data sets, ensuring quality standards and compliance, preparing correspondence and contract wording, completing post-placement documents and experience exhibits, maintaining files, and carrying out special projects. Applicants should have a BS or BA degree, at least two years of experience in reinsurance, insurance or financial services, knowledge of insurance and reinsurance products, strong analytical, communication, organisation and time management skills, attention to detail, initiative, teamwork and relationship-building abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
