Greet and engage with guests, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, enhance guest experiences, process payments, maintain cleanliness of the front counter, display areas and customer spaces, follow sanitising and hand hygiene procedures, communicate allergens correctly, maintain condiment stations and dining areas, collaborate with the Back of House team, and resolve guest concerns with grace and generosity. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential for candidates with natural hospitality skills.
