Manage and lead field research projects in accordance with ISO 20252 and company quality standards, within budgeted costs. Oversee project administration, organisation and control through commissioning, set up, fieldwork and validation. Ensure field staff work to a high standard and support training and development. Build client relations, prepare proposals and project costs, brief and manage external suppliers, and contribute to business development. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' field research experience, computer literacy, experience of people management, good communication and interpersonal skills, solid administration skills, project management ability, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including occasional work after hours to support field teams.
