Split your new loan into variable and fixed rate portions, make additional repayments up to a total of $20,000 during the fixed rate period without additional fees, and choose principal and interest or interest only repayments. An ongoing $12 monthly loan service fee applies per loan account and there is no application fee. Additional repayments above $20,000 or repaying the loan in full early may incur economic costs. Offset and redraw are not available during the fixed rate period. Applications are subject to NAB's credit approval criteria, and fees and charges are payable.
