Blitz is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for its San Francisco and Los Angeles studios with a minimum of 10 years of experience at architecture or commercial interior design firms. The role combines creative vision with disciplined project delivery and includes space planning, furniture and material specification, project leadership, team management, client, consultant and contractor coordination, construction documentation, technical detailing, budget and schedule management, and coordination with public agencies and jurisdictions. Candidates should have an accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design, NCIDQ Certification, REVIT proficiency, experience in commercial interiors, strong technical, design, presentation, communication and organizational skills, and unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. LEED or WELL accreditation and experience with core and shell, hospitality and retail are a plus. The position offers four weeks of PTO, nine paid holidays, flexible hybrid work with three days in the studio, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with matching, continuing education support, a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000, and a salary increase upon licensure.
