SEPAR is looking for a GIS Analyst (80-100%) to strengthen its analytics unit. The role involves transforming complex spatial and procurement datasets into actionable tools for public and private stakeholders. Requirements include a university degree in GIS, geography, urban studies, environmental science, or a related field, hands-on experience with spatial data including OSM, geoservices, WMS/WFS, geo.admin.ch, and Swisstopo, and proficiency in Python, QGIS, PostGIS, GeoPandas, and Excel or Sheets. Experience developing dashboards, interfaces, or automation pipelines is an asset. The role also requires process management, coordination across data, design, and architecture, full professional fluency in French, working proficiency in English, and strong initiative and structured thinking. German and familiarity with Swiss public sector structures and procurement systems are advantages.
