SEPAR is looking for a Structural Engineer (80-100%) to support its technical development and work on the reuse of structural systems, design constraints, standards, and certification requirements. Requirements include a degree in structural or civil engineering, experience with Eurocodes and Swiss SIA building regulations, practical knowledge of statics, FEM analysis, joint and load-bearing element detailing, and familiarity with structural design software such as SCIA, AxisVM, or RFEM and Rhino or Grasshopper workflows. Prototype testing, laboratory coordination, or SIA 265/266 implementation experience is an advantage. The role requires collaboration with fabricators, test labs, and certification bodies, fluent French, working proficiency in English, and an independent, precise, and pragmatic mindset.
