Retreat booking options depend on the timing and reason for cancellation. If Grass Roots cancels, guests may move to a new retreat date, change the booking to account credit, or receive a full refund. For guest cancellations 60 days or more before arrival, guests may move to a new date, convert the booking to credit, or forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 60 to 30 days receive credit only, while cancellations within 30 days receive no refund or credit.
