Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but a credit may be held for use at a future date when cancellation is notified at least 7 days before the event. If less than 7 days' notice is provided, the ticket will be forfeited. Grass Roots reserves the right to cancel if insufficient bookings are received, with a full refund provided.
