Online bookings are for consultations only. Different booking reasons are allocated different appointment lengths. New clients and new pets should arrive 15 minutes early to allow a file to be set up. Repeat consultations require a visit with one of the clinic's vets for the same condition within the last month. After-hours surcharges may apply.
