Free puppy and kitten checks are available under the Room4Pets or ThePetShop Eastgardens agreements. These appointments must be booked by phone during the stated booking hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, or before midday on Saturday. Bookings outside these hours incur the normal consultation fee.
