Includes the office visit, blood sample collection, examination, answers to questions, coordination of a chest X-ray if TB blood tests are positive, and completion and signing of the sealed USCIS 693 envelope. Fasting is not required. A urine sample is collected for patients aged 15 to 25. Lab tests, chest X-rays, and vaccines are not included in the office fee.
