This is the central triage point for endodontic referrals from dentists in Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Kensington and Chelsea. Referrals are accepted only from dentists in these boroughs and must include clear radiographs and the correct referral form. Appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
