Oral health support for people aged 16 and over with impairments or disabilities that preclude treatment in general dental practice. The service includes clinical care, screening, oral health promotion and education, with specialised equipment including sedation, hoists and a wheelchair tipper. Home visits are available with a limited range of treatment, and transport may be available for patients unable to attend clinics independently. Appointment only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
