Paediatric assessment and support for cough, wheeze, noisy breathing, breathlessness, recurrent chest infections, ear infections, hearing concerns, snoring, nasal blockage and frequent sore throats. Includes a detailed history, physical examination of the chest, ears, nose and throat, and review of growth and general wellbeing. Where clinically indicated, allergy testing, lung function testing or imaging may be discussed. Management may include monitoring, symptomatic treatment, advice on environmental or infectious triggers, prescribed medication when indicated, and follow-up.
