A minimally invasive lateral spine fusion procedure performed with the patient positioned prone. A small flank incision is used to access the disc, which is removed and replaced with a wide interbody cage and bone graft. Posterior pedicle screw fixation can be performed without repositioning the patient. Continuous EMG neurophysiological monitoring is used during the procedure.
