Antenatal course for up to two attendees. Includes 6 in-person sessions, 4 live-online sessions and a video portal with resources. The course is midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. Includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. In-person sessions are generally 7-9pm, with extra live-online content from 7:30-8:30pm. Sessions cover preparing for birth, hypnobirthing, practical baby care, baby first aid and self care, a celebration social, and a reunion with babies.
