Notting Hill Antenatal Classes

Our Notting Hill antenatal classes cost £279 for up to two attendees. The course includes 6 in-person sessions, 4 live-online sessions, a video portal with resources, midwife-led teaching, input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor, plus in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. You can pay upfront via credit or debit card, or in interest free instalments. A single parent discount is also available.

A six-session antenatal course with six in-person sessions, four live-online sessions and a video portal with resources. Sessions cover preparing for birth, hypnobirthing, practical baby care, baby first aid and self care, a celebration social, and a reunion with babies. The course is midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. Includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. Suitable for up to two attendees.

The first in-person course session covers preparing for birth, birth plans, due dates, labour, induction, caesarean birth, assisted birth, tears and episiotomy. The session is hosted by a midwife with input from an obstetric doctor.

An in-person session focused on having a positive birth experience, including hypnobirthing tools, mindset, breathing, positions, informed choice, relaxations, birth partners and creating a birth space.

An in-person session covering holding and settling a baby, nappies, bathing, dressing, cord care, safe sleep, swaddling, baby wearing, breastfeeding and bottle feeding.

An in-person session covering primary survey, recovery position, CPR, choking, fever, seizures, meningitis, burns, baby health, postnatal recovery, mental health support and physiotherapy topics.

A dedicated social session for course attendees to build friendships with their coursemates. This session is not instructor-led.
