Free appointments with registered nurses qualified in midwifery and maternal and child health. Support covers child development, parenting, growth, health and safety. Appointments are organised around the child's 10 key stages of development, from a home visit after birth through to 3 and a half years of age. Future appointments are held at local Maternal and Child Health centres.
