Available for eligible people aged 55 to 74 who smoke or used to smoke and are registered with a participating GP practice. The screening process includes a telephone lung health check lasting around 15 minutes, followed where appropriate by an in-person appointment with a nurse and a CT scan of the chest at a local mobile unit or NHS hospital.
