Details.
A standardized, anatomy-based fat grafting procedure for facial rejuvenation. It evaluates facial surface topography to identify volume loss in the skin, superficial and deep facial fat compartments, and bone, then uses millifat, microfat, and nanofat grafts for structural replacement and tissue regeneration. Local or intravenous anaesthesia and tumescent lipoharvest are used. Treatment may include regenerative additions such as platelet-rich plasma, stromal vascular fraction, nanofat microneedling, or topical nanofat biocrème according to individual needs. Postoperative care includes analgesia, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, and arnica for bruising. Direct application of ice is not permitted.
