Autologous fat grafting enriched with hybrid stromal vascular fraction, combining stromal vascular matrix and mechanically isolated stromal vascular fraction. The prepared hybrid-SVF is injected directly into the fat-grafted area for soft tissue defects, facial rejuvenation, aesthetic indications or reconstructive indications. The reported injection ratio was 1 mL of hybrid-SVF for every 3 mL of fat grafted per location. Procedures were performed under local anaesthesia, with or without sedation.
