Prepares students for work in business IT departments, including PC troubleshooting, hardware installation and upgrades, secure network operations, networking software, operating systems, data backups, disaster recovery, and IT security. Includes preparation for CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, and Security+ exams. Tuition includes materials and student manuals. Admission requires Grade 12 or equivalent, Mature Student Status, basic Windows proficiency, and Introduction to the Internet or equivalent. Students must maintain a 75% program average to obtain a certificate.
