Provides knowledge, skills, and work experience for community service worker settings. Training covers community service worker knowledge, computer and office skills, professional development, and a comprehensive Capstone Project. Delivery combines Integrated Learning System training, online training, instructor-led training, and a Capstone Project. Admission requirements include being 19 or older, Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status with successful CAST testing, a minimum Wonderlic SLE score of 18, adequate physical health, English language proficiency, and completion of a standard registration form. Students must achieve a minimum program mark of 75% and successfully complete the final Capstone Project to obtain a diploma.
