A three-day workshop introducing the skills needed to create a photographic artist book, including editing, narrative sequencing, book design in InDesign, printing, binding, and project distribution. The workshop uses practical exercises to help participants become autonomous in the craft self-publishing of their personal work, culminating in a small printed and bound mockup. No prior technical knowledge of layout software is required. Bring a laptop, InDesign, and 30 and 65 printed and digitised images in 6x9 cm or 10x15 cm formats.
