Greek barbecue buffet for a minimum order of 50 guests. Includes lemon and oregano pork skewers, fresh lamb kofta, souvlaki chicken thighs with pitta and houmous, Greek salad, courgette and roast lemon salad, and honey pistachio cake with thick Greek yoghurt. Freshly cooked, set up and served as a buffet. Includes disposable plates, cutlery, paper napkins and white tablecloths. Dietary needs and menu selections must be submitted at least 1 week before the charter date.
