Responsible entity and administration services for Fund IV, including fund operation and administration. Fees include a responsible entity fee of 0.05% per annum and an administration fee of 0.225% per annum, calculated on the gross asset value and exclusive of GST. The General Partner provides investment management services and may charge a 1% per annum management fee, with 1% of capital called by the limited partnership charged for the first 12 months from the original offer. A 10% performance fee may apply to returns above an 8% cumulative, non-compounded, pre-tax hurdle rate. Additional expenses may include underlying manager fees, transaction fees, duties, taxes, commissions and brokerage.
