Responsible entity and administration services for Fund I, including fund operation and administration. Fees include a responsible entity fee of 0.05% per annum and an administration fee of 0.225% per annum, calculated on the gross asset value and exclusive of GST. The General Partner provides investment management services, and fund and limited partnership expenses may include underlying manager fees, performance fees, taxes, bank fees, financial statement and tax return preparation, audit, insurance, compliance, registry, travel and other operating expenses.
